Where are the scanlations?
Tokyopop has now licensed Tokyo Babylon, meaning it will be available in English and there isn't a need for scanlations. Please support Tokyo Babylon and purchase that translation.

So then what is this site about?
Tokyo Babylon, obviously. Even without scanlations there are plenty of Tokyo Babylon items to show, everything from media (our largest section currently) to doujinshi. In place of manga scanlations I plan on offering scanlations of Tokyo Babylon doujinshi.

Why are there weird people on the site?
There have been enough Tokyo Babylon sites that write entire books on the subject of Subaru and Seishirou's relationship, what they think it means, where Hokuto fits in it, and basically pages and pages of opinions. Opinions are nice and all, but there's no need for another site that has another 15 page long essay about Subaru and Seishirou. It was more fun to do it this way, and we'll still have our opinions in there.

What possessed you to make this??
The desire to drive everyone to the brink of insanity. Well, that's a lie, just seeing if you're paying attention. I made this out of boredom I suppose. I've seen TB site after TB site and most are all very alike. They have ten pages of character analysis, talk about Seishirou and Subaru getting it on, and ramble endlessly. It's nice to have one or two pages like that, but why almost every page? So I created this site to try and express my views on TB without writing thirty pages trying to be super deep. I set out, found all the rare items I could (The TB + CD Comic, the CDs, the TB music video...) and put them all together in one site.

You're missing the live action movie and CD.
They didn't interest me much.

I see a disclaimer for CLAMP, but where are all the other credits?
Credits? What credits? I spent hundreds so I could scan everything myself, rip every CD myself, own every item myself and make a website completely of my own work and effort. More common items (such as the postcards) I saved in less quality because you can find them elsewhere online. Other things like the CD Comic I translated myself and made those few little scanlations. I didn't take translations from anywhere, songs from anywhere or images from anywhere else on the net. I've linked places of interest around the site because a fan would like to see them, not because I took anything from the site.

May I borrow something?
I've already been asked this, so my borrowing policy will be this : You can borrow one thing, with credit, and please ask. Why is this my policy? Well, if you spent tons of money just to make a nice unique page it would probably be your policy too (if you even wanted to let people borrow anything!). I've spent the money to order these items, scanned them, translated them, and have done quite a bit of editing before putting them up. So please take the time to at least give me credit ^^.

Oh, come on! All you have to do is scan them, how much editing can be involved?
Before anyone tries asking something like this, "A lot". Other than the translating process, this is a completely Tokyo Babylon site and non-TB content is removed.
For an example, here's a low quality version of an image right when I scanned it. And here is the final product. You notice the second character was removed (she was modelling mostly Makona's outfit, if you're curious), it was cleaned up, English was put it, and then it was cropped down to be a better fit. I even reconstructed Hokuto's shoe on the bottom. That's how much work goes into my scans.

Why do some of the translations sound awkward?
When I make translations for this site, I don't go very far to check them or make them sound like normal English. Generally, if they're understandable I'll stop there.
