One of my most prized CDs is this one from the Tokyo Babylon CD Comic. It's a drama CD that plays much like any episode would. The story begins, then the opening song "Who's That Boy" plays (a different version than on the Single Triple CD Set), then the entire episode is played out very closely to what happens in the manga and the end song "Dancin' in the Babylon" concludes the CD. Even more than the CD itself, the comic is gorgeous. Introducing new manga pictures that aren't shown anywhere else and a beautiful hardcover front and back, as well as being larger than normal, this is definitely a keeper for anyone's Tokyo Babylon collection.
